1. The online “Blackout! SPIN TO WIN!” (hereinafter referred to as the “competition” or “SPIN TO WIN!”) entry is open to participants who wish to play for a chance to receive a discount coupon on the FOUR DAY CLEARANCE website at www.fourdayclearance.com
2. By participating in the competition, each participant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
3. FOUR DAY CLEARANCE reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the competition at any time.
4. Anyone is eligible to participate by completing the necessary fields (Name, Telephone Number, Email Address) which are mandatory.
5. Entries are limited to one entry per email address when entering the competition. Any glitch in system which awards more than one prize (coupon) maybe disallowed at the discretion of FOUR DAY CLEARANCE.
6. All valid participations receive a discount coupon code which is sent to the email address which was completed on the SPIN TO WIN! entry form. The email received indicates the discount coupon percentage, a specific coupon code and the coupon’s expiry date. Please ensure you check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder once you visit your email inbox to retrieve the coupon from your successful SPIN TO WIN! entry.
7. The coupon can only be used for ONLINE purchases of items at the fourdayclearance.com website under the categories: FURNITURE, SMALL APPLIANCES and FACEMASKS.
8. The coupon cannot be used for purchases of ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. The coupon is not applicable to additional costs, such as Delivery, Installation, Product Assembly, OR any service that is handled by FOUR DAY CLEARANCE external associates.

9. Only one (1) coupon can be used when making a purchase at the checkout page. Multiple coupons cannot be used for a purchase.
10. There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered. The prize (coupon code) can be used only when making a purchase of product(s) from fourdayclearance.com in accordance with paragraph 6. above.
11. FOUR DAY CLEARANCE will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent and will only use your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated to any language other than English, the terms of the English language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of the competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

15. The 25%,30% and 50% discount coupons can ONLY be applied to purchase orders of up to a maximum total spending cost value of EURO 650 per order.
